This year, 2012, we are celebrating 10 years of being in business and working in the field of HIV/AIDS.  We are committed to providing unique, practical, professional, user friendly and inspiring workshops to bring awareness and confidence in managing this disease and all it's implications.  To make a difference we need to reach every man, woman and child and to find ways to get the message across in a clear manner, forming the basis on which to build behavior change.  While thinking globally, we work locally, and are passionate about the work we do.

This web is dedicated to you - into whatever field this epidemic has drawn you.  Our programmes are unique and our educational materials are unique too. 

 Our motto is:  Training is more than a science.  It is an art!

Benjamin Franklin said: "Some people die at 25 and aren't buried until 75.”  

Carl Rogers was heard to say when he was over 80 years old: "I am not growing old, I am old and growing".   

Yes, our growth as individuals can never stop if we want to live a fulfilled life.  Not reaching our human potential, not finding our talents and gifts is truly a sad way to live.

I am passionate about growing both as an individual and professionally.  Through my own experience, this growth process only started later in life, once I was able to recognize blocks and limitations that were self-imposed or allowed through lack of insight.  This journey has been exciting and taken me to places I never dreamt possible.  This is not a life devoid of trouble or problems.  Being human means that we all have problems.  However, it is not what happens to us that is the determining factor, but how we react to what happens.  Choice and responsibility are the two concepts, when truly understood and applied have the greatest potential to free us on the path towards self-actualisation which is described as "a journey and not a destination."

It is my privilege to share what I have learnt with others.  I understand pain, I understand being lost and feeling stuck between a rock and a hard place, metaphorically.  I have had painful decisions to make and have forced myself to get right out of my comfort zone and pursue a life of growth and meaning.  In order to help others we have to deal with our own issues.  It is often said: "You cannot take others where you have not been prepared to go yourself".

My hope is that you too will find value on this web site as it grows along with my personal and professional development.

May some seed be sown or some statement be just what you need to start you on the road, or to help you progress on a course of self-growth.  Its only once we look inside ourselves and address our fears and our concerns, that we can truly walk forwards and develop our true inner potential.
